Alternatively, we could let your lodge for 42 weeks and with this we could guarantee an 8% ROI. Rest of the weeks are available to you.
After 3 years:
- We can continue to let your lodge for you and we will discuss the details of how this can be done and your expected income.
- Or you have the option to sell, either back to us or we could put you in contact with our database of potential buyers
VAT exempt if you do not already operate in the holiday and leisure industry
Possible Inheritance tax exempt due to being a furnished holiday let providing services (Hot Tub maintenance and care every day, cleaning between guests, linen provided etc).
